Cache Road Glass replaced the top window of our storm door in May 2024. It was done well and the…read moreglass looks great. However, I'm guessing the storm door had to be taken apart to get the new glass in, and it was reinstalled incorrectly. Before they worked on the door, I could raise and lower the storm window on the bottom to allow air in from outside. I only realized, a couple weeks after they worked on it, that the window would no longer stay up, as it would not stop in the side tabs when I attempted to raise it. I realized that the tabs were now on the TOP portion of the door. They reinstalled this portion of the door incorrectly. We have called numerous times over nearly 3 months and stopped by in person, but we have been ghosted. No response. No help. Nothing. They simply got our money and no longer care. As a business owner myself, I find this way of doing business appalling. I would never do this to one of my customers. Be warned if you use this company. If all goes well, you will be happy with the outcome. But, if you run into trouble, they won't make it right. Go with the other glass company in town, even if it costs more. I tried to save a few bucks and now I will end up paying $100 to someone else to fix the door. I will be filing against them in small claims court soon because injustice is wrong and I won't stand for it. More hassle for me but someone has got to hold them accountable for once.

My window got broken into and it messed with the alignment against the window popping out, Scott and his team immediately caught it and went through my door panel to target the problem. To get told I live too far out, why schedule me to begin with, why tell me after lunch? Why not just say hey we are running behind schedule or can we reschedule you? I would have been fine with that. I was worried I'd miss them coming so I chose to leave work at 3:30 to be home to wait for them and didn't hear from anyone until almost 5:30 via text. Then when I reply to the text, I get no reply back. I had to make the phone call to him. Then this morning I'm told " well that's just how we do business."
