He made several subtle, smart remarks that weren't outright rude, but definitely came across as disrespectful. It's the kind of customer service that leaves you wondering why you're even spending your money there. The crazy part is that I've been to Ninja Karaoke's Chinatown location before with eight adults, and they didn't automatically charge gratuity. We happily left a $30 tip because the staff there treated us incredibly well.
