They wanted to charge us money on top of our security. I don't think they understand the concept of a security deposit. I moved here from Hawaii, so I really relied heavily on the realtor. The day of the closing was move-in day. Everybody knew that. When I went to my new house, they were still in, and hadn't moved out. I was so angry. So many things were wrong with the house, it took me a month to straighten everything out. It was just a lot of moronic things that a normal person wouldn't tolerate. I'm sorry, but Steve didn't pay attention at all.
