Keystone Property Management is a very poor property management company. The property site manager is not good, he is poor at customer service, he is poor at communication, he is poor at any follow up with owners. The company has not trained the manager for the position and it is miserable to have Keystone as our management company. Keystone Property Management site for our cooperative property has not posted a Directory of residents as required by state regulations. Monthly financial results are about 2 months behind. Work Orders are not responded to. The population in our property are owners of the property and should receive the regulated information required by statute. read more

The types of communities Keystone manages can sometimes be difficult to deal with. I was living in a community that had become quite difficult under a different management company. When the board broke with that management company and selected Keystone, I was skeptical, and I will say that initially, the relationship was rocky. However, when Sharla stepped in as the CAM, things began to change. This company is the worst! The lack of communication and care from them is unbelievable. I have been unhappy now for a while with the level of work I get from the lawn crew they contracted and I get silence from them, and the lawn crew just gives nothing but lame cheap and excuses. The property manager for Lexington Place in Vero Beach is so far the worst, to be honest I thought the last guy was horrible well she takes the price for being even worse no common courtesy, lack of communication, avoiding phone calls, ignoring voicemails. I have been waiting on a call back from her and a manager there for over 2 week now and all I get is radio silence. They act like they are doing me a favor, meanwhile my dues pay their salaries and I am not sure they know this. I am not sure how they are in business still, if I could give a 0 star review I would. They claim their business hours are 8-5 meanwhile anytime I call around 4 pm they are already closed, with my line of work I am not able to call any earlier. The level of customer service is embarrassing and to be honest doesn't surprise me. I wish my Neighborhood would choose another company to manage. I hope this review helps others avoid them and take their business elsewhere! read more

"Lady Lauren" has been very helpful in responding to our questions. We have never had to deal with an HOA before and as a result we had a lot of questions about our new home at Lexington Place. This company has been an absolute nightmare running our HOA. They took over at the end of last year. Since then all they have done is send SOME of us in the community a bill. It took until the end of April before they were able to get the budget meeting completed and a budget approved for 2023. The day after the meeting they sent out bills and threatened late fees to several members of the HOA. Most of us still don't have a bill but it seems any bills not paid up by next Wednesday will be considered late. Hopefully I get my bill before it's late. In the few interactions i have had with them they have been incredibly rude. read more

Megan who works at ours takes her job to the extreme, constantly taking pictures of all the houses and "violations" but in no consistent manner. (Don't get on her bad side). We finally are free of the 2 year contract with this useless company. We asked Betsy to have someone pressure wash the sidewalks and wall around the community. Two weeks past...nothing. We now have a new management company that will complete the tasks that were ignored by Keystone. Don't hire Keystone. After explaining to Danielle Traynor my circumstances she refused to offer me any curiosity waivers on the fees. I'm not sure how adding more money onto someone's account who is struggling helps in anyway. On top of it, I tried to give her a call to speak about it over the phone and was sent to voicemail. The absolute worst management company I have ever had to deal with. We have water damage in our home because they refused to tarp the building's roof which is part of the HOA where we have a property. The HOA has no better luck dealing with them, so they sent me directly to do so. Keystone also refused to let me contact the vendors myself to see if I could expedite the situation or have my own roofer come tarp...They denied me at every turn as slowly as humanly possible. Then denied any responsibility for damages. The response time was shameful. According to onsite management this has been a huge issue with everyone in the community. We also have to pay fees in a terribly archaic way as if they are operating from the 80s. It is terrible. read more

In my initial dealings with Angie, I found her kind, understanding and helpful easing my issues with one vendor and unfortunately one neighbor. My only issues after 4 years of peace, were met with believability, concern, and re assurance.
