She didn't even let us know we were closing. The Title Company called us. We last spoke with our agent, 1 month prior to closing and even after closing, we have never received a phone call. She has the monopoly in the area we were selling the house, so once she got our listing, she was basically coasting. We contacted her broker for our input and he, John King, has not returned our call. We've dealt with many realtors and by far she was the worst. She did eventually bring in buyers and we closed, so I am thankful for that, but I wished we'd had a better experience.
