It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Ant's was very communicative and pleasant to work with in the estimate process and the price was beyond fair. They arrived to the minute i was informed of the previos night and the job was done to my expectations. Where they went above my expectations was in the cleanup.
