We were surprised at how quickly they completed the job (within 3 weeks of the original estimate) and it took half a day for the installation. We absolutely love our lights and the wireless controller to change the brightness/dim of the outdoor lights with a phone app. My only criticism is that I think the lights/post are a bit pricey, but you are paying for a professional and fast installation which we felt was worth it in the end. We used this company for a couple of years with no issues until last year. The lights they provided went out before Christmas Eve and they were very unresponsive and couldn't get anyone out to fix them until after the holidays. This year we were planning to give them another shot, and after reaching out to get a quote they sent an invoice, but never got back to me to confirm an install date, even after sending a couple of follow ups. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. call center identified themselves as being front receptionist (Lie #1) 2. Finally got Brit (real receptionist) on the phone, and I was mis scheduled 2X as I waited patiently only to find oops my bad we mis scheduled you. (Lie #2) 3. Josh finally made it out and was supposed to send a quote after 2 follow up calls I got said quote 10,500K for simple backyard bistro seemed excessive so I was offered a couple quotes comparable but not as expensive. 4. Waited 10 day's for new quotes,.. (nothing) sent follow up text to Josh asking for quotes was told oops sorry be there tomorrow (lie #3) 5. Followed up again asking for quote told it was on the way (lie #4) 6. Called office asking for quote told by Brit there was no quotes in the system and she would directly reach out to Josh 7. NO JOSH (lie #5) 8. Found Josh's personal cell,... asked for my quotes "oops so so sorry we are so overwhelmed and its just me, I'll get then them tonight" (lie #6) 9. After 2 day's and messaging I got quotes,.. knowing time is of the essence I was pushed off another day,.. 10. followed up Again,.. Management said the earliest we can be there is Dec 15th mind you this is after being told on Oct 1 I was looking at Oct 18th but now there busy,......... sorry!! Company will only install lights if you buy from them specifically, regardless of the lights you have (commercial grade or not) they will not install them. So don't count on buying the lights you want yourself and having them hung by this company, they will not touch your lights unless they get some profit out of every inch. There is an art to lighting ambiance, and only a professional installation will complete one's vision, especially when a custom pole is needed for the framework. Jonathan gave me a quote with computer aided design options. We picked the best option for our needs. The installation and quality of workmanship was top notch. The best materials were used and the set-up was industrial strength with thick foundational cables and a custom fabricated pole, for my specific lay-out. It only took a half-day to install. My wife has been suggesting we do this for the past few years and I finally made it happen. She is thrilled and so proud of the new "home backyard look". Small Jobs, Buyer Beware! The work was done well, however there was confusion on the tip of $60.00 which was what I gave whole heartily. The overcharge was time not needed. We felt "Stay off the Roof" should've refunded $120.00 but we agreed to split the difference and they were supposed to refund $60.00 Lastly I called to get a new estimate for this year. The women I spoke to was going to get back to me, I have yet to hear back from her or any other person on their team... She commented that the earliest anyone could get here was Dec 1st. That was 10 days ago not surprised as the sales and service part of their business is hugely disappointing, poor customer follow-up. I would hesitate to EVER use them again or recommend to others for that reason. Though the service/technician guys did a great job, the admin side and follow-up is far less than satisfactory.
