I have dealt with Kenneth and his employees for 10 years now on not sure Blythe my own home but my commercial property as well as my residential property and to a letter every single tenant have been absolutely amazed that they could not even tell Arlington had been out regardless of the size of the project, not leaving a single leaf or debris. My firewood was delivered and the person delivering it said that he was "short" and would be back to fulfill the delivery. I waited a week and didn't hear from them so I called their office. I said "I was told that I would receive the rest of my firewood... " I got a nasty call from the owner "Kevin" he was mad and basically told me off... I was pretty surprised and told him I would not be call them again. A few days later Kevin called as said "...he'd thought about it" and would deliver the rest of my firewood. .. next I'd forgotten about the firewood situation and asked for a quote to remove a fallen tree in my yard. Kevin office sent me quote to remove the portion of the tree that had fallen in my property (the tree was a neighbors' tree). I asked Kevin if the tree portion that had fallen on my roof could be cut and moved to the neighbors side.. could I get a new quote? Again, he let me have it!!! (just like to firewood situation) Kevin responded that he didn't need to be "nickeled and dimed" and I could forget using his services. Again, it took me by surprise with his response that could/should have been a professional (none emotional "yes or no" to my question) So a warning to anyone dealing with Arlington Tree Service and "Kevin" that he is ready to tell you off and add with a disquieting "have a blessed day" if he doesn't like it/you. So the moral to the story is to avoid at all cost calling this service or get ready to be told off by Kevin!

A week later, one person called (probably his name is Steve, but I might be mistaken) asking where I still needed help. I said no. The people who cut the tree were supposed to remove the cut branches. I was surprised when I received a phone call from the company a month ago asking me to pay for the services. I never saw anybody from the company. I do not know who removed the branches, the city, the people who cut the tree, or the company. I specifically said that I do not require their services. Yet, I finally received an invoice for $321.00. I have nothing good to say about Lexington Tree Service except they are fraudulent liars. I will pay the bill but advise everybody to avoid the company.

The foreman came to my door to offer to sell me some wrought iron similar to some I own. He commenced showing me his antique items. He did not supervise clean-up. As they left, my husband said they needed to clean up the trimmings. They did pick up some but threw the limbs and sticks in my compost. They did not clean up on my neighbor's side. My husband spent 1.5 hr. cleaning up and emptying the debris in the compost. We called to speak to Mr. Stinnett but he was unavailable. We requested that he call back. He didn't. We called a week later. Same thing. and again, a week later. Same thing. We called today and he was "unavailable" but when my husband noted that he seemed to be permanently unavailable, he took the call. He apologized for the poor service and said we could get a big discount if we used them again. Why would we use them again?
