I called to talk with him and after being on the phone for a couple of minutes, he had already helped me solve the problem with our main oven. However, after talking about the issue of the mini oven that was constantly on, he was able to tell me that a part needed replacing. He was able to order it and stop in the next week to fix it. The repair didn't take very long and after he fixed it, he wiped down the front of the oven down since he had to remove the oven doors. He said to give it a try and if we aren't satisfied, he would come back. He sent along the invoice in a few days and we were able to pay by bank transfer. Chris was great and I would highly recommend him for any of your oven repair needs! Now if he could just repair waste disposal systems, that would solve the rest of my problems :)

The panel cover is missing exposing the motor/electrics, etc; The dishwasher is sitting unevenly, lower, and further back than before. The water/waste hose connectors were put back very loosely causing a leak. Third appointment today to fit the parts and it's another no-show despite me phoning up this morning to confirm and again at 3pm to double check for the 3-5pm window. No calls, no engineer... Let's hope when I ring them in the morning we finally get the service that has been paid for! Personally speaking I feel like they just hoof jobs into a time slot and then hope the engineer can get to them all and maximise the time!
