Dr. Nayak is amazing! Dr. Nayak has delivered six babies (nieces and nephews) in my family including mine! We are so grateful to have a safe delivery not only for me but for our baby. I was hesitant at first but after all I have been through with my pregnancy and delivery, I realized that I am so lucky to be under the care of Dr. Suresh Nayak. Here are the reasons: 1) He has your total attention to listen to you without rushing and will ask if you have any questions. 2) Deals with the problem right away if you have any, within that day or within few minutes and you can even call him directly after office hours if you really need medical attention. 3) His office staff will never give you a headache and they are so polite and professional. My best experience was just right after my delivery, I needed to say something to Dr. Nayak to get the nurse' attention by writing him an email and within few minutes, he called the nurse station. Did not have a positive experience for the following reasons: -Dr. was very dismissive of my concerns re: symptoms, possibly because I'm not considered high risk. -Repeatedly brought up genetic testing after I informed it wasn't recommended for me during first pregnancy due to low risk. -Was billed for a urine pregnancy test that I never took (the front desk did take off when I brought up the mistake). -I asked for alternatives to Unisom for nausea since it made me drowsy during work and was told there was nothing else. -Dr. forgot to refer me for anatomy ultrasound and I ended up missing the suggested window for the scan since I switched insurance at the beginning of the year. Ended up switching to Kaiser because I had a better experience with them for my first pregnancy. +1 star for friendly front staff read more

Regional Medical Center is re-innovated, nurses are very good and quick responsive, liked it very much. As Doctor is very near by, he would quickly come for tour and labor if there is an emergency. Actually my wife had water leakage, when I called the doctors reception, got a quick response and arranged everything in the hospital when we reach there with just bare minimal formalities. Delivery was normal and smooth though it took 36 hours since admitted to hospital. Nayak Reception is very good and will be available for assistance. Ladies(Sandra, Isella) in the front desk are all very polite and so nice. They're just simply awesome. Dr Nayak is everything that other patients have posted. This was first visit. I had printed out the new patients registration forms. I have an extensive medical history and take several medications. Upon my arrival I discovered that my bottled water inside my purse had spilled. My forms were soaked but still somewhat legible. I explained this to the young lady at the front desk. I just knew she was going to tell me that my papers were unacceptable. However after explaining what had happened, she promptly accepted my wet papers without any hesitation. She then commenced to make copies to present to Dr Nayak for my file! I thought that was incredibly nice of her to do that! Otherwise it would have taken me about 30 minutes to fill out everything once again.--Dr Nayak is extremely nice. He took time to carefully read all my forms and asked necessary questions. I never felt rushed or made to feel like I was just another number. He seems to be very thoughtful and caring and knows exactly what a patient needs. He is an outstanding doctor. I'm under his supervision from 2017. In every visit he listened to us very carefully and solved the issues in very good way.He always talked to us with a smiling face. He helped us to deliver a healthy baby boy via cesarian section which was one of the best experience in my life. I didn't feel any pain through out the process though the recovery was very painful which was pretty normal. The stitches done by him are barely visible. The medication which he suggests is very minimal but very effective which is very appreciable. His team members Sandra and Isella are very nice and their efficiency in drawing blood or giving shots are heavenly. They are very nice too....
