I paid for and received an outside car wash. it was done well. what I also received that I did not ask for or pay for was a very dirty drivers side floor mat which is a light colored carpet. the footprints looked like some sort of greasy dirt. read more

Came down the shore for a family vacation. Decided to get car washed and cleaned. Drove pas this local car wash and decided to give it a try. Very friendly staff. Clean waiting area to sit and refresh. Would recommend for a nice clean wash. I got the blue crush service and it was fantastic. read more

A little pricey, front end wasn't bad (vacuuming). Back end (drying, interior) was a little slow, possibly due to being understaffed (2 drying, 1 on windows). Did a half assed job wiping down the dashboard and windshield, which was more than obvious in the sunlight. Had to do it right as soon as I got home. Now I know why there's never a line here. Nice hand wash - see pics of my A4 as reference. They were fast, they got my rims extra bright and vacuumed the inside, all for $35. That is a fair rate and it was perfectly dried so it was fine when I opened the windows, there were no streaks. Nice selection of air fresheners inside the air conditioned waiting area. read more

Don't bother paying the 25 bucks for the endless summer or any of the other added services when they are busy apparently. They don't take the time to even wipe down the inside of the car if it looks good leave seems to be their process.. Well,we been going to this car wash for years and it was fine until lately,it went down the tube for some reason.We have two cars on monthly plan and another that we take there.They barely do anything inside,it comes out in same condition as it was given to them.This is pictures of the car right after car wash today.Fingerprints all over screen,cup holders were not even vacuumed or wiped,dust all over,you can see it very well on a sunny day like today.Will be looking to take our business elsewhere.Terrible!!! read more

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for detailing, then arrived this morning and was told that they didn't have enough employees to do my car. My options were to leave it all day and they MIGHT get to it, or come back tomorrow (which of course I can't do). I've never left a review before but I was pretty frustrated with the service. I showed up at 1 to get my windows tinted and they said the guy had gone home, they closed at 5. So I rescheduled and showed up at 9:30 and no one was even there! I left a message and no one got back to me. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the price they gave me was the best estimate, and the lobby was very clean and presentable and I give them credit for that. read more

Thought the car looked good and then I got back in. The doors hadn't been wiped down inside, the dash hadn't been wiped down, still debris on the carpet, and when I looked at the side of the door when I got home, there was old dirt from before the car wash like one side hadn't even been touched. This is a scam. They don't honor free washes. There is no owner just a manager. You will never get satisfaction. Stay away.

I have been going to this car wash for a while now. Never had a problem until the last 2 times. The first time I caught the person going through my medication. Yelled at him and told him not to go through my stuff. I chalked it off to him just being nosy. Well this last time I went and cleaned it terribly, so I had my husband bring it back to redo it ( mind you they still didn't clean it rite). Well someone from the car wash stole my daughters ear pods from the side of my door. My daughter noticed they were gone on Sunday. My husband called and asked to speak to either the manager or the owner and they lady took the message, well we didn't get a call back, I went there on Monday and spoke with the manager and he said he would have to look at the cameras, I then said your never gonna be able to see in my car because they're no camera directly into my car, I again asked to speak to owner they again said he will call me, guess what no call. Went back again and asked to speak to the manager he then in return said I looked at the cameras and said no one stole anything. I said you can't see inside my car. He said your gonna have to call the police. And that's what I did bc i have a pretty good idea of who took it. I will never go back there. read more
