Every single time I went in to have them try to install yet another one, the employees here were incredibly respectful, kind, and made me laugh every time. I really have not had as good of an experience with customer service with my car as this place. It really felt like they actually cared about my issue, and even made recommendations on how to solve the issue if I wanted other options. It just felt personal on a level most other places don't do. It didn't feel like they were just trying to get a quick buck out of a 21 year old girl lol. Which most car places do unfortunately. The place is also super clean and well maintained and great hits are always played in the store on the radio that create a welcoming environment. The price for my install was MORE than reasonable considering the amount of time and energy these guys put into helping me. Thank you so much!!! I was blasting white snake the whole way home!!!
