I LOVE Sue at Mindful Massage! I always have anxiety when someone is touching me (especially if I…read moredon't know them). Sue was very conscientious of that. Her communications skills are amazing. She asked several times "is this ok?" or "is this to much or not enough". Sue remembered my likes and dislikes and kept a mental rolodex for the next time (so nice not to have to repeat yourself!). She always kept me informed of what she was going to do before she did it. I think she even asked if I would like for her to stop talking once I got the hang of it. Her sheet work is also phenomenal! I'm pretty chesty and was worried about exposing myself. Sue assured me it wouldn't happen and if it did ...no big deal! Happy to say she must be a magician too! That sheet never came untucked even when I rolled over! Sue focused on my trouble spots (mainly lower back and legs). She paid attention to every inch even some places I didn't think were important... like toes! Who knew those could feel amazing! (Sue, that's who). By the time I left I was anxiety free and so relaxed. My legs felt like butter and all I wanted to do was float home and relax! Sue is the only person I will see from now on! Sue made the entire experience about me and what I wanted and was comfortable with. I'm pretty positive I'm one of those "needy clients", but with Sue I felt comfortable and she accommodated everything. She finds kinks and knots I didn't even know were there. I always feel better the next day. She'll work you as hard or as soft as you're comfortable with. Whatever happens, whatever level of pressure you need, you'll feel better. Highly recommended.

The person cutting the hair was friendly, engaging, skilled, and did a great job. If I had known about these guys I would've been coming here for a year instead of going to great clips to be treated like a second-class citizen.

I went to Kylie for a brazilian wax and was very disappointed. She left wax on my skin and I had to…read morego home and remove it myself... After talking to others about my experience I quickly came to realized she did not perform my wax correctly. I believe due to her leaving the wax for me to have to remove it myself, caused an infection and I had to take medical actions to resolve it. She also did not get all of the hair removed and I felt it was quite over priced to other places in the area for the quality of service I received.
