They came to my home, inspected and submitted a proposal for the job - putting in a new driveway. The price was steep but I felt that you really must pay for quality. I will admit, they put in a handsome driveway and really worked on it. We felt our $13000 was well spent. 3 months later, however, cracks began to appear in the surface. When called, Ms. Vicky Pusey came out and said that this was settling and it wold have to be repaired when it stopped cracking. After several calls over the next year, nothing was done and the cracks have continued. My calls are now unanswered....guess I am just one of those crazy customers. Think twice about these people. They talk a good game but have no willingness to stand behind their product. I am using someone else to patch...PATCH a $13000 driveway.

The next day 'it snowed' I was contacted by (Adam), informing me due to snow ( which I did understand ), the job would continue and be completed on Sunday Jan 12, 2025. On that morning ( Orlando & Maurice ) came and completed the job. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW WALK-IN. I Commend Peninsula Bath..and Staff "Job Well Done" Note: It was reasonably priced as well!

I asked to have it fixed, we paid nearly $1000, and made the mistake of paying in full up front. Never do this!! The contract does state payment in full BEFORE job is done. That should be a red flag in itself. We ended up with a poorly done, and unprofessional job. Ricky, the job manager had the nerve to say "you are being nitpicky" and when asked to come fix it, in conversation stated " you are making me take time from MY busy schedule to fix this". I would not recommend this company to anyone hoping to have a decent looking driveway. Would share pictures to anyone needing to see how a driveway should NOT look like!!

Everything that Dustin said he would do and/or his techs would do were completed just as he promised. In less that 45 days I met Dustin, materials were ordered, and the job was completed exactly as promised for a fraction of what was quoted from the person I thought was a reputable contractor.
