Customer service was awful. My sister in law and I went in to get some tobacco and the guy wouldn't let me look around while she was ringing up bugler and stuff. He said we had to stick together to make this go "smoothly" what ever that means. So then I ask can I not look around because I was considering buying some things and he said no you have to wait til I ring her up then I can go with you to look? Like wtf? Needed something for grandpa to take his medicine. A fine assortment for all adults. The service was excellent, very friendly. This is my second time in the store and (not sure if he's the owner) the guy working has the phone glued to his ear. I thought he was talking to me but no, as he shook his head then pointed to the phone....ummm ok. They have these slim torches that I really like. The problem is that they are very cheaply made I am aware of this and know they won't last long. The smoke shop has gone and had someone's name engraved. (I'm pretty sure it's not there's) I needed a new tor h to I visited for a second time. Same phone thing but I found my torch $9.99 outs fuel into it and shows me it's working. We get home and NOPE!! Not starting. It's not even sparking so it will never start. Third trip there- different guy. No greeting just looks up. I tell him I got this torch here 2 days ago and it won't work. He tells me if the guy showed you it worked then not out problem. And he kept saying we don't have a return policy for torches. I said I have a return policy for ya. If you sell me something that does t work I'm gonna return it. POLICY ! I finally convinced the guy to exchange it after he filled the fuel and turned it up all the way. I had already filled it and told him I did. I showed him how it wasn't getting a spark. After begging for an exchange I finally got one. Customer Service is definitely lacking and prices on vape products are on the high end. I won't be going back. read more
