My responsibility? Ace sold it, they should honor it. Really lousy service. I'll not go back and spend money with Ace. I'm giving a star, but none is earned.

The guy who cut them said there they are on the floor. Laying in a pile, no way of telling if they were correctly cut to length or quantity. I'm in the people helping people business too. How about picking g them up off the floor and put them in a bag. He seemed quite pompous with an attitude. I'll still go back but wouldn't ask this guy for help buying a bolt.
