I've been shopping here for 25 plus years and it breaks my heart to see this once great hardware store that was more than happy to help people turn into the place it is now. Mostly its the rude and not very nice employees. I went in today to fix a faucet, I didn't get the mans name that helped me but in the middle of helping me a customer butts in and asks him a question and I kid you not he said "your problem is easier to fix than his" and walks away, Unbelievable. We have a second home here and go here quite a bit, bought some large purchases as in a $1000.00 Weber grill and other power tools, etc. I always try my best to support mom and pops stores. Today I went t on to buy a $300.00 Stihl hedge trimmer and (6) links of chain that had to be cut by them. After filling out the warranty on the hedge trimmer I went to see if the chain was cut. The guy who cut them said there they are on the floor. Laying in a pile, no way of telling if they were correctly cut to length or quantity. I'm in the people helping people business too. How about picking g them up off the floor and put them in a bag. He seemed quite pompous with an attitude. I'll still go back but wouldn't ask this guy for help buying a bolt. Man, being a native of Panama City, I WANT to support local businesses, but I can't in good conscience recommend this place when not a one of the staff was masked during the COVID epidemic. They did have barriers erected at the registers, but staff was frequently walking around them, and anyone on the floor helping customers was unmasked. When outfitting our rental houses, we'll just have to rely on Amazon if we can't find a safe local option. One of us is a cancer patient, and the other is a physician. We know what is safe, and this is not it. Shame, because the people here are so courteous. But that doesn't extend to courtesy in keeping their customers safe. read more

Absolute retards working in the Stihl parts and repair and do not buy anything from their store and expect to return it or get them to honor the warranty if it doesn't run, not to mention it was brand spanking new and I brought it in the next day...Why would you not make sure the pole saw would crank and the saw would actually engage before letting a customer leave with it...I will never purchase anything else again from that store...SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! read more

Everyone is very helpful with answering any questions that you might have. Full hardware store, facilities to make keys, garden and home supplies. Ordered wood to replace the stairs to my carriage house yesterday. They promised it to be delivered by 10:00 AM. Have carpenters waiting. Called at 10:30 and Freddy the manager said they are just loading the truck. I said that I needed it as promised at 10:00 AM. He said that he didn't realize that. But then said he wasn't here yesterday. So sounds like this happens all the time. He said it would be delivered by 12:00. What are the chances? read more

Shop here at your own risk. None of employees that I saw were wearing any sort of mask, gloves or were maintaining 2 foot of separation much less than 6 feet. The safety and well being of the customers is not even on their radar. Will never return and you are fore warned. read more

Good hardware store. The only complete hardware store on Hwy 98 between Pier Park and Grayton Beach. I have been going there for years, and they usually have what I need for maintaining my rental houses. Very helpful staff, quality merchandise. read more
