I can describe Adelina in so many words. She is a healer. She's very patient, understanding and positive. When I first started my sessions with her, I was basically stuck in a rut with some issues that I am no longer depressed about and also had no clue how to move forward and embrace my life and all the great things surrounding it. It affected my self esteem, my outlook on life, and the energy that I put out to others. I'm not gonna lie, In the beginning I told her that I wasn't a commitment type of person nor was I expecting much but I figured it was worth a try since I wasn't about to just sit there and hate myself. Before I began working with Adelina, I felt very "busy" with my life but I did not feel like I was making progress towards my goals. Adelina is the best life coach. I am so grateful that I worked with her for one year. Before starting surrendered healing I felt overwhelmed. I was in credit card debt and owed so much money in student loans. I could not relax and felt anxious about money. I wanted to start my own business but was really scared to embark on the journey because I believed I was not experienced enough and I lacked the financial resources. I began a long-distance relationship but felt extremely hesitant and scared. The thought of relocating to another state seemed overwhelming. I was working on my spirituality but had not been able to tithe. I reached out to Adelina as a life coach to help me get to the next level of where I wanted to be in my life. I was scared to enroll in the program because I felt it was too much money. As soon as I signed up I felt like I had made a big mistake. However I gave it time and began the classes and soon began to change my framework. Adelina helped me create my vision. I began to change my way of thinking to push towards my goals and changed my life. I learned to do affirmations and tithe. I became more grateful to God for all the things he was giving me. On my health and wellness, I completed a bootcamp class and lost 24 pounds. I continued with my bootcamp class and continued to eat and live a healthy lifestyle. Today I am in a loving and committed relationship. My partner and I have so much to offer to each other that it is a beautiful partnership in everything ranging from bike rides, healthy eating, to strategic planning for my business and planning our future life together. I worked on my spirituality and continued to strengthen it, I volunteered at my church and even taught a class to help others strengthen their faith. I honestly find it difficult writing this review because in some ways I feel like my words can barely scratch the surface to the powerful guidance Adelina has provided along this phase of my life journey. Adelina is an incredible healer! Through our sessions I have been able to alter my outlook in life and my approach to the difficult events and toxic feelings I've carried overtime. It is a breath of fresh air being more equipped to not allow fear to overpower my faith in my transformation to a better being. Most of all, learning to hush my internal voice that is often hostile and a producer of doubt. My reconditioning has allowed me to practice more gratitude and have a keener eye to the abundant blessings that flow through me in this practice. In spring 2017 I decided to pursue a graduate degree that I had long wanted to do. I was on a new path, but was feeling overwhelmed in the process. Just before beginning the graduate program I participated in one of Adelina's group coaching sessions as part of a professional development day at work. I was intrigued and accepted Adelina's offer of a complimentary phone consultation. I learned about her group coaching program and was interested, but hesitant when Adelina invited me to join. I didn't know if I had the time or money to do it - I was working full-time and going to be doing school part-time - and I wasn't sure if I wanted to share so much of myself with strangers. But once I took the leap of joining the group, I started to see a change in myself. Our weekly group sessions became the highlight of my week. I let go of the fear of sharing my vision and thoughts with others, and more importantly, I let go of the fear of admitting them to myself. By the end of the coaching program, I had started tithing on a monthly basis, journaling more regularly, and practicing daily affirmations to keep me centered. A few months after finishing the program, I left my job to pursue a new one aligned with my graduate program - leaving one job without having a new one immediately lined up was something I would have never done before this program. My work with Adelina has truly been life changing. I started this path knowing that I needed change in my life. I had a clear vision on the change I was seeking but I was unsure of how to get there.
