It has been in use a few years now & is a nice modern structure all shiny & new with lots of glass. There is a car park next to it with easy access to the hospital via ramps & covered walkways, no stairs so easy for wheelchairs. The inside is nicely decorated, clean & shiny & all the toilets are lovely & clean. There are cafes, coffee shops, various drinks & food machines & lots of free water dispensers everywhere. It is very child friendly with a kids play area in most departments. There are lots of friendly staff around if you need help or directions.

So we brought My Homecare Bexley & Greenwich in to get her up in the morning, shower and dress her ready for the day. They also provided breakfast, washed up and sometimes made the bed. It meant we were able to have a day off and relax knowing that she was in good hands. The staff were very caring and patient and understood her needs. They were always polite and friendly and were considerate to my Dad also who was there aswell. If they made her a cup of tea, they also made him one.

Welcomed nicely by the receptionist I didn't have to wait long and was even called in prior to my allotted time!! Sods law really when would not have minded being delayed. Shown to the room and the dentist and dental nurse were very good. They ensured I was comfortable and oozed sympathy and caring for my situation. Making sure I was OK and as comfortable as it could possibly be. Ran through after care and ensured everything was understood. Like to say I'd be back soon but, here's hoping I will not. But this has nothing to do with service, etc ;)

This is the third time I've been here and I've never had to wait no more than 90 minutes which I think is pretty good compared to waiting in a hospital. The staff at reception are not very welcoming but the doctors I've seen are really nice. One Bonus is free onsite parking

Isn't that a great name for a dentist?…read more As an aside, they started building a retirement complex in Purley a few years ago called Purley Gates, up in huge letters on a sign outside the building site, but the name got changed. I can't think why. Anyway. Purley Whites is a rare thing: a dentist that still takes on NHS patients. You do get limited appointments, with only private appointments in the evenings and at weekends, but that's a small price to pay to be on their books. The surgery is very clean and light, and the staff all do their utmost to put you at ease. It's always very easy to get check-up appointments, and they have you in and out in no time. Going to the dentist isn't anyone's idea of fun, but these guys at least manage to take some of the sting out of it for you.
