My experience at the Yukon, Oklahoma location is consistent with reports from customers across the country. The company's deficiencies are not isolated to a single facility but appear to be systemic, including inadequate security, failure to safeguard stored property, improper billing practices, and a refusal to provide corporate accountability. She showed us two units and easily got my daughter a reservation. Everything looked very new, very clean, and the units & doors were in excellent condition. Access was a simple but very secure process. Rockwell Self Storage is in an excellent location, near the Kilpatrick Turnpike. They have several sizes of units. They also have rental spaces for boats and trailers. We highly recommend Rockwell Self Storage!
