Came in for eyebrow threading ($8) and was served very quickly. Unfortunately I've been unimpressed with the results the past two times I've come in. I always need to ask them to go back and get stray hairs that were missed, and end up cleaning up my brows myself when I get home. Most other places have trimmed my brows after they're done threading, but I notice they do very minimal shaping and trimming here. Also, other spots will ask what lotion/astringent you want after your service, but here they just put things on you without alerting you to what product is being used. It's the most local shop to me, so I really wanted to love it and support locally, but I'll have to look for a new place. read more

I came here over a month ago! I had such a wonderful experience here! I got a facial from Tina, and it was absolutely lovely. From start to finish, I felt relaxed and cared for the entire hour. The facial itself left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing, and the massage was incredibly soothing. Tina has such a gentle touch and really knows how to make you feel comfortable. Came here for the first time today without much expectation but I was so wrong! I loved my experience here. The salon was very beautiful and clean, and the woman who had done my brows was so kind and attentive to what I asked for. The past few experiences I've had at other threading salons, they've taken off much more hair brow hair than I wanted, despite telling them just to clean them. However, Seema did my brows here and did not disappoint! She cleaned my brows just how I wanted. The brow massage at the end was great too. To have my brows threaded was only $8, which has been hard to find imo. They also offer other services such as full body massages which I'll have to look into. It's located in an older strip mall with ample parking, which is always convenient! Overall, can't go wrong coming here! I'll be sure to be back. read more

We have been going since Sur opened up don't remember how long ago but it's been a while. Definitely does a good job on our eye brows.

This place doesn't exist I came in and it was closed. A waste of time driving here. They need to update that the place is shut down.

Went in on Monday as I come here often to get my face threaded (about 4x).. There is only one girl who does a fantastic job I wish I knew her name.. She looks the youngest of the 3 I see. The middle aged not the oldest woman threaded my face on 1/2/2020 and did such a lazy horrible job. She was also the same woman who was on the phone the previous time I went in while the oldest woman held down the floor.. however, I can't assume she wasn't on lunch.. but when you're waiting and see a worker just casually chatting on the phone it made me even feel a bit irritated and I was being threaded not waiting.. However.. that's not the reason for the low review .. this same woman was so harsh when she threaded my face.. almost annoyed I wanted my chin threaded too after I wrote it on the waiting list. I always tip well $10+ since I know I take a longer time.. I've attached the result of my chin below.. mind you, I still tipped her $10 .. I only added an extra star for the one visit where the younger looking lady did an amazing job and didn't nick me once!! read more

I get my eyebrows threaded regularly and decided to try this place close to home. They are very affordable, friendly and quick even with a good amount of people coming in. After you get your eyebrows threaded they even give you a mini massage on your eyebrows/forehead. After my eyebrow threading I noticed the lady had cut me a couple times below my right eyebrow and didn't mention anything. And now a day later I'm getting a reaction above my eyebrows. Been coming here for years and I love it because eyebrows are $5. I always come back and most of the girls are really good! However, yesterday I got an older lady who I've never seen before. She did the most sloppy job and ripped most of my hairs instead of pulling them out by the root. She didn't shape my brows well either. She didn't even use toner or give a small massage at the end. I've never been so unsatisfied and this is after I made her clean up my brows even more. I would pluck my brows at home if I wanted imprecise eyebrows. I'm very disappointed. I've never been unimpressed here but there are firsts for everything. On top of that, she kept talking to the other girl while doing my brows. It seemed like she was complaining about me because I kept asking her to do her job and make my brows look nice. Make sure you get one of the younger workers unless they will train ALL their workers better. I based my rating on my previous experiences. I'll be coming back, just not to her. read more

First, I want to clarify I am not one to complain, I'm always very nice to people since I have LOTS of experience working in customer service. I've been to this place twice. First time, I decided to try it because it's close to the nail salon I go to. The lady was nice, she told me she used to work at zibba, which is where I normally go to get my eyebrows threaded, by the end I liked the way she did my eyebrows and it was a good price. Second time I went in, same lady I smiled at her when I walked in, she doesn't reply. When it gets to my turn I tried to ask her how she's doing, no reply...so I just stayed quiet. When she finished I went to pay and realized I had forgotten to add the tip to my card. So I looked down to reach in my purse for some cash and she basically just walked away without saying anything, I was so confused and she just gave me a death stare. I went to look at my eyebrows before leaving and they were very uneven, I ended up having to use 3 different eyebrow products for like 2 months to make them look decent until they finally started growing out again. Needless to say I am not coming back to this place. And no I did not end up tipping the lady like I was going to. read more

I can not believe this place. They said 50 cent transaction fee for card,which is fine really. I get it. But I started pulling out my change to pay with a few dollars and change so I don't get charged for the card and she said that they only accept quarters sorry nickels and dimes they will not accept the owner only wants quarters. So if all I had was nickels dimes and quarters and dollars to pay for the service she just did they would not accept it really even if I didn't have a credit card that doesn't make sense at all money is money especially in an owner's viewpoint they should know that read more

So glad I found this gem! Brow threading was only $5 and they did amazing. The girl shaped them super nicely and the whole process was painless despite my thick caterpillar hairs. I was taken right away and in and out of there in 5 mins. They take credit card but do have a $0.50 charge which I'm not mad about. This is my new go-to brow spot! read more

So detailed and careful, like they actually care about how your eyebrows turn out! And for only $5, a steal compared to the kiosks you'll find at the mall. I'm not sure the name of my lady, but I made sure she only cleaned up my brows because I like mine thick. She spent quite a bit of time (was I that hairy??) so I was a bit nervous she was hacking away to leave me with pencil-thin lines. But nope! They came out so clean and beautiful. I'm so pleased, far more than I've been anywhere else. The little forehead massage is also nice at the end. She rubs some lotion on your brows and forehead. I'm a fan of threading. Seems so much more precise then waxing. I was looking for a threading studio near home because sometimes a girl is just too lazy to reshape her own eyebrows. I decided to give this studio a try. Interior is actually pretty open and besides threading, they sell random stuff and do henna tattoos. I think they have three threading chairs and maybe about two women available to take care of customers. Prices are good. $5 for eyebrows, $4 for upper lip. They also thread your lower lip, chin, face and even your neck. When you come in you have to sign your name in a sheet and write what type of service you want. The first time I came, the woman that took care of me was ok. She was a bit more abrasive with the thread and it hurt a bit more. My eyebrows ended up pretty clean though. Demeanor wasn't very friendly. The second experience was with a younger girl (Tina) and her style was a bit gentler. I felt like it was less painful and she was very good with cleaning up the eyebrows. She was also friendlier. Overall, pretty good! If you get their frequent customer card, the 5th threading is free. read more
