Today was my third time going to this location and I can safely say I'm not going anywhere else ever again! They are so gentle with my eyebrows and are seriously one of the only places I've been where it doesn't feel like my forehead is getting assaulted. I usually tear up during services, but not here! Plus, they give you suuuuch a calming massage afterwards that I almost fell asleep. I almost forgot where I was, what I was doing, hell I almost forgot who I was! I wanted to get my eyebrows done and my usual place was closed so I found this location that had pretty good reviews. I was not disappointed! The staff was super nice and made my eyebrows look cleaned up and not thinned out. Bng worked on my brows and she did a wonderful job. She even checked in to make sure I was okay and not in too much pain. They even do a little eyebrow/ forehead massage which was a nice touch. I've been coming here for a long time, and while there have been occasional mistakes in the past, it was never anything major and the staff used to be friendly. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been the complete opposite. The atmosphere has shifted to constant judgmental looks and bad vibes, which is disappointing. During my last visit, the older lady was so rough completely leaning ontop of me and she left a visible bruise in the middle of my forehead, which now looks like a hickey. She also completely removed the front of my eyebrows and shaped them extremely thin when I just asked for a clean up,one noticeably thinner than the other, with both being completely different shapes. It's by far the worst job I've had done here. They also completely messed up my sisters brows leaving them two different shapes as well and then charged her more than me cause she was a new customer weird but ok... At this point, the only reason I've continued coming recently was to see their adorable dog, but after this experience and the unwelcoming attitude I won't be back. read more

I told the technician up front I wanted a clean up and prefer my brows to be more on the full side. Found this place and thought I'd try it out but after seeing the cross contamination WOW. If you're willing to risk being contaminated and near your eyes this is your go to. The woman use the same gloves for multiple clients and handled cash with the same gloves. Hand sanitizer isn't enough to clean gloves and to move on to the next client. Came in on a whim and had the pleasure of meeting the artist Brianna. Did a fantastic job on my brows, and couldn't believe they only charge $7 for brows. Lucky find! I generally don't go to new places for eyebrow threading because I have my own my go-to spot but this was an exception. I was taking my dog to the groomers and saw this place next door. They weren't that busy (probably because of COVID) but she was really nice and polite and made very light conversation with me. She threaded my eyebrows, trimmed them a little bit, and applied some aloe. Great service, she was super nice. This was my first time here and it cost $5.99 but I noticed on some signs that they had the $4.99 crossed off and changed to a $5.99, so I guess they had a price change. But $6 for an eyebrow threading is pretty good considering most places charge $8-10 now. Highly recommend this little spot! read more

Amazing!!!!! The girl has such a light hand, it doesn't even hurt when she threads. I have sensitive, thin eyelids and everyone else seems to give my thread burns but she was so careful that she didn't give me one mark!! Also, she give an awesome massage after!!
