They then sent an email stating we had to send them copies of each adults drivers license. When I questioned as to why they would need the a drivers license the response was: "However, this is our policy. We must ensure that our clients are who they say they are, regardless of insurance billing." So I sent Kelbi my License to prove, I was not the kind of person who would sneak into a Doctors office under an assumed name and asked that, now that they know who I am will you please delete my ID. This prompted being barred from the service. The therapist may be good, but the intake process (over ten forms to sign) and office staff can not be recommended.

She acted like she never heard them before. She was either not interested in me or truly can't remember from week to week. She likewise, told me on 3 occasions that she reached out to my Psychologist and that they "haven't been able to sync up their calendars yet." This was a flat out lie. I discovered this when I spoke directly to my Psychologist and asked her about Trish Beach. My psychologist confirmed that she has never been contacted by Trish Beach. My psychologist was finally sent a consent form after my last session with Trish Beach. Trish still didn't reach out. My psychologist had to reach out to Trish to have a conversation. Stay away from Trish Beach LPC. She can't remember prior discussions, seemed genuinely disinterested in me from the first meeting, and flat out lied to me 3 times. Over the course of…read morenearly a year, I repeatedly brought up the same painful issue in my mouth that never resolved. I was prescribed medication that was ineffective, and after I reported that it wasn't helping, I still felt my concerns were dismissed rather than investigated further. What frustrated me most was the lack of guidance. When I asked about medications, treatment options, or what he recommended, the response was often, "It's up to you," without much discussion or medical direction. I understand patients should be involved in their care, but I was looking for professional recommendations and felt like I had to do most of the research myself. I also discussed ongoing issues I was experiencing after my medication manufacturer changed. I explained that the medication was no longer working well for me and shared my concerns, but they were largely dismissed. Instead of helping me explore options or discussing possible alternatives, I was left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously. Because my mouth issue continued for so long, I eventually sought care on my own from both a dentist and another medical provider. I learned that persistent mouth lesions can sometimes be a sign of a serious condition, including oral cancer, and that they should be evaluated rather than dismissed. Both providers were surprised that my symptoms had continued for so long without additional workup or referral. I am now having to pay additional money out of pocket from another provider and undergo further evaluation, including a biopsy, and I sincerely hope everything turns out not to be worse. Looking back, what concerns me most is that this issue persisted for nearly a year without anyone suggesting I come into the office for a closer examination or referring me to the appropriate specialist. I reached out through email when it had gotten too painful & only then was I referred to a specialist that was not even the correct type of specialist so I had to research myself. When I mentioned on my next visit how I felt dismissed, I was simply told that the issue couldn't be addressed virtually, but no one suggested scheduling an in-person evaluation or be referred to a specialist. Had that happened earlier, I may have gotten answers much sooner. What makes this even more frustrating is that I pay out of pocket for every monthly appointment. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect my concerns to be taken seriously, investigated when appropriate, and for my physician to provide medical guidance rather than leaving me to figure everything out on my own. Every patient deserves to feel heard. Unfortunately, I consistently left appointments feeling dismissed and unsupported. She told me the intake paperwork had to be digital. Mind you to my left there were 3 clipboards prepped with blank intake forms. I was also not asked for my ID or insurance card which was weird. I didn't even get to finish the intake forms before I was called back. The medical assistant for Dominique was pleasant. Dominique was pleasant up until she wasn't. When I told her I didn't know how to track my ovulation and asked how to do it she gave me a look that was very condescending as if she expected me to already know that information. Mind you I'm also a nurse and would NEVER EVER treat any patient like they are stupid for not knowing something. I used my well woman exam to vet this office to see if I would use them for obstetrics in the next few months and the answer is absolutely not. She was also supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy and 9 days later she still hasn't done it. I inquired about brands of prenatal vitamins and she told me they all do the same thing (which they don't) and gave no specific brands to try. Thankfully I have such a great PCP who is kind, caring, and knowledgable and gave me proper information. Nurse to nurse do better girl.
