I also remember when I was pregnant, I wanted to get off Valium due to the effects to pregnancy. I had been on Valium for over 20 years at that time. They dropped me SO fast and unsafely. I was prescribed 10mg 3x a day which is quite high. Then they detoxed me in about 4 days. It was ROUGH. I had major panic attacks to the point of driving to them begging them to do a slower taper or give me a one time dose. They wouldn't do so. They also won't see you without a card on file or paying first and they charge you for every little damn thing. I don't know why after pregnancy and birth I came back to her. Only 2 sessions and no help at all. She is not skilled with PTSD, trauma, or depression. Look elsewhere and save yourself and wallet undue hardship. License therapists are supposed to help, not exasperate the clients condition and hurt them adding more trauma, abuse, and neglect.
