Just before the contract was to be signed, Maria called our agent to inform him that her relative had decided not to sell the house after entertaining a holiday party And being convinced by other family members to keep the home. Home inspection) Maria completely ghosted us, without as much as an apology. In my opinion, though it may be legal what she and her close family member had done, it was morally corrupt.
