I did book my appointment via phone for 1:30 pm on Wednesday in Feb 19 and arrived at the practice at 1:20 pm and filled a form in 5 min as being a new patient and WAITED until 1:55 pm ! 10-15 min delay is within acceptable margin in service industry but, almost 1/2 hr is NOT! When I approached the reception and asked about my appointment, she had no idea about it (!) which was triggered me to cancel my appointment immediately! Time is precious for everyone, therefore, it must be managed accordingly, especially, if you are running a competitive business like a Medical Clinic! Luckily you have many competitors which are being run by much more professional people!
