My husband and I worked with Susanne Hove for our first time home buyers purchase. She was amazing. She made sure and she made time to show us homes in the areas we were interested in, within a day or two of us contacting her, we really had no idea how quickly the process would move. She is very sweet and was constantly reminding us that we were moving through the steps appropriately and that everything was being taken care of, and it was. We did have a misunderstanding regarding the taxes vs. melarose quote for this property originally, although, we found a home and put in an offer in less than a 12 hour period, and things did move very quickly! She did make herself available to us at all times of the day/night, and she was extremely helpful during this process. She was able to get our offer accepted on the first shot with the home of our dreams (we had qualified for a conventional 3% down loan), when there were also 3 other offers, including cash offers and FHA loan offers(which I believe are 6%?). If buying a home, please also do your own research, so that you are also familiar with the areas tax rates, melarose, and HOA fees so that there are no surprises. If you are looking for a quick and easy purchase, but also want a personalized experience, then this is your realtor. **We are even doing a rent back agreement for the next two months, since the previous owner is still living in the home, which we agreed to. She has assisted with that rental agreement and has been checking in with my regularly to assure everything is still working out perfectly, when she has no obligation to do so. We move in on 06/09/17 and she will be there also to give us our keys and we are very excited! I would definitely use Susanne again, she was referred to us by a couple of good friends, and I am glad that we decided to go with her, she made us feel comfortable with the home buying process (which is very very stressful) and she was right by our side the entire way!! read more

My family and I have had the opportunity to work with Susanne for two different transactions, both buying and selling. The first time we worked with her for buying, everything went so smoothly! From our first meeting with Susanne, we were impressed with her knowledge and how helpful she was. She came to our home that we were selling and had printed off comparable homes near us and an estimated home selling point for us. She took the time to go over questions with us on the specific of our home and helped us figure out what we should put it on the market for. She scheduled for a professional photographer to take listing photos for us and they turned out beautiful! I really think they had a huge impact on why our home sold so quickly. Once our home sold, she was very prompt in sending us documents that needed to be signed and informing us specifically what they were for.
