My ultimate favorite was the seared salmon with Japanese mayo and the one with the truffle paste on top. They were so tasty, I think I had multiple plates from those two alone. Their nigiris were great--the fish was fresh, at least on all the ones I tried, and they had a fairly generous amount of fish to rice ratio. Overall, we would definitely be back here when we're around Chula Vista! If you're craving some sushi and are around the area, give this place a go. You'll come out super stuffed and sated for sure!
