As we were pedaling past Hell In A Bucket, my fiancée said we should stop there on our way back. Sure enough, we stopped by to reward ourselves for taking on the 28-mi NW River Trail. What a place!!! Seriously! First of all, we wanted to sit at the bar (our usual preference when dining out, if it's possible). The bar was full, but there was one stool open. A guy noticed that we were looking for another stool, and he gladly gave up his place so we could sit and eat together. I later found out that he was the owner and Brewer @ Hell In A Bucket. He had moved to a few chairs down and was talking to his friend explaining how the Dark Star Stout was brewed. The DSS was superb! Janie, my fiancée, picked the Harry Hood 12oz. Which she enjoyed. While these beers were absolutely what "the doctor ordered" after our bike ride, the best was yet to come. We were handed a sheet with today's specials. I did not expect a brewery to have "daily specials" at least not in the form of food. The specials included a Souvlaki Mediterranean Sampler (think, a charcuterie with goodies from Italy and Greece). We also chose an another special called Arancini (a baseball sized cheesy risotto deep fried to perfection). Lastly, we shared the "Pasta of the Day" -- Eggplant Parmigiana on a bed of pasta. Everything was Amazing! We continued to compliment the chef when the owner said he only started a short time ago. I said, "Keep him!" Our dinner tasted like we were eating at a 5-Star NYC restaurant right here in Marietta. ...and at a price that was so reasonable that I KNOW I'll be back! Aside from the great beers, the phenomenally great food, I also have to say that Hell In A has a great vibe. We know we'll be coming back, maybe without even riding the trail!

She made the entire end-to-end experience seamless, flexible, and most importantly, a complete and total JOY! Katie and the rest of her CCO crew truly delivered the most hype, energetic, and all-time performance throughout the entirety of the Ceremony/Cocktail Hour/Reception trio. The "worst" (and only "bad") part of our day was when they announced "last call" at 9:55pm! One of my husband's coworkers put CCO on our radar, and we now feel as though we must "pay it forward" to family, friends, and other hopeful couples! Don't walk - RUN. CCO truly made our special day customized, romantic, yet ELECTRIC, and we could not be more grateful to them for absolutely EVERYTHING!

The entire process from first contact to last dance was as smooth as we could have hoped. Katie and her crew were amazingly friendly, adaptable to the numerous last minute changes we made, down-to-earth, and were passionate about customizing the evening event! CCO is clearly different than other bands and offered an incredible value! They played every song as if it were the only one which mattered! Everyone, and I mean everyone, raved about how good CCO was during our daughter's wedding. I strongly recommend Central City Orchestra!
