Most recently though, two pairs of my husbands Brooks Brothers slacks were washed instead of dry cleaned. The hue on the pants are now paying and the inside lining is pink. The gentleman at Star cleaners said he would "fix it". Apparently he does not want to pass the $400 for the two pants. The gentleman who works there is extremely shady. The wife Lisa is very good, but she is not there very much. Her husband is running their family business into the ground. Stay away from star cleaners.

The machines worked just fine. Clothes dried in normal mount of time. Staff was friendly as well. The place is messy for sure. Bags of clothes piled high to the ceiling at the entrance. Open bags of clothes all around. Just supper messy and sloppy. Would prefer everyone's dirty and clean bagged laundry out of sight. The location is good and everyone keeps to themselves. It is a small place but they have a lot of machines and a good ton of baskets for use. I would visit this place again. But if they cleaned up and made some improvements then it would be a better place. I'm assuming Hispanics frequent this laundry mat, as the TVs were set to news Chanel's in Spanish.
