We are currently doing dual sessions with Alex, and while they have all been great, Alex has really stepped it up, and found that spot, where each workout takes you as far as you can go and you push through. We would NEVER work out this hard (or consistently) in a gym. He's already setting up the next thing, so you are focussing on endurance instead of where the damn 25s are, working out too hard on the pulley because some fool wouldn't get off the machine for 15 minutes and then invariably pull a muscle and then not be able to work out for awhile. Id LOVE to find someone like Alex back in SF, but I doubt we will. I can't think of anyplace I would recommend more highly.

You pay a one time fee of the weight scale which was around $35 and valid for a year. This machine is pretty cool though as it does a full breakdown of water weight, BMI, and so much more. They print out all the information for you. 4. They'll give you a breakdown on what you should be intaking caloric wise, a semi-customized nutrition plan, and a few other options. 5.
