My huz and I live in California half the year and this location is really close to our place in town. We are currently doing dual sessions with Alex, and while they have all been great, Alex has really stepped it up, and found that spot, where each workout takes you as far as you can go and you push through. We would NEVER work out this hard (or consistently) in a gym. He's already setting up the next thing, so you are focussing on endurance instead of where the damn 25s are, working out too hard on the pulley because some fool wouldn't get off the machine for 15 minutes and then invariably pull a muscle and then not be able to work out for awhile. Id LOVE to find someone like Alex back in SF, but I doubt we will. I can't think of anyplace I would recommend more highly.
