GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE. First time their they got a desktop I had dropped off for checking why it would not start. I got a call the very next day telling me what was wrong and told them okay to repair. They told me I could pick it up before they closed. Got there a 1/2 hour before closing. Brought them a laptop to check why it won't start. A few days after having the desktop home called them and let them know that the graphic card they had put in was not up to running one of the games the old card could. They told me, no problem and we can swap it out for additional cost of $10.00. Brought it in that night I they put in the better card. read more

I thought my laptop was destroyed when my screen became disconnected from my laptop keyboard. But Sutinen computers was able to put it back together for much less than the cost it would have been to buy a new one. They have also very successfully removed viruses for me in the past. Still do not recommend at all. I took my laptop in to have it REDONE to what they already did and am still not happy with it. After paying $300 for what they have done I still have a worse laptop than I had before I took it to them! They just like to talk you out of thinking you have a problem. read more

my laptop stopped working a few months ago but I have been too nervous to go get it examined by professionals because I was afraid I would get overcharged or scammed. Today I went into Sutinen Computers and was treated with the upmost respect and care. I explained to Josh what my problem was, and he knew how to help me right away, without trying to "upsell" me (which I cannot afford) or overload me with computer language I do not understand. he also provided me with the most financially feasible option and walked me through how to do it. He even helped me remove my hard drive to make the process to retrieving files easier!! I barely spent any money there, but he definitely took away my fears of computer repair shops by valuing me as a customer. I successful retrieved my documents! and I will be returning there soon to purchase some hardware to upgrade my current laptop, and will go there first for any future computer related needs. It is required to give at least one star rating to submit a review, i would have given minus stars. I took in my high end laptop due to what i thought was a possible problem with a hard drive and i was blown away by the incredible lack of know how. I think a monkey could have done a better job. I was told that they would call me the same day i dropped off to them, they never called me and i had to call them 3 days later to check on what the verdict was. WHen i did call the person on the phone could not figure out how to transfer me to their consulting offices where my computer was since it was more high end than the store based people could work on. I was constantly asked to just call that office since they hung up on me twice and could not figure out their own phone system. WHen i did contact the "engineers" in the consulting department, it was no better an experience. I finally just told a woman there that i was not going to have them do any repairs on it and would pick it back up in a day at the store. The women that work their are very nice but nice does not fix computers. The only time i was called by the company was the evening before i was scheduled to pick up the computer and it was a voice mail asking me if i would entertain the thought of them making me an offer to purchase my computer. Nice little rip off game they try to play and it probably works most of the time. I went in the next day and picked up my computer hoping it was not destroyed in order to get me to sell it to them. DO NOT TRUST these scam artists or anything they tell you. if your able to, just do not go to this company. Incompetent, thieves is the nicest thing i can say about the company. read more
