So for example if you are seeing a LCSW you cannot also go to Express care and have a urine test for a bladder or kidney infection. Too few resources spread out too thinly. If you are on Medicare and Medicaid for some reason you are exposed to this? Medicine has become a pay to play proposition. And the HELO app that patients have to use make appointments and receive test results is subpar. The communications with patients is also sub par. The AI virtual assistant makes getting anything done in a reasonable amount of time frustrating. Messages and fax communications from specialists in the community sometimes can take can take weeks. This is healthcare? More like HELL care. And it is not the fault of the clinicians or the medical support. It is the fault of the executives in the organization itself. If someone told me that this organization is being run by a private equity firm, it would not surprise me.

It's a bit different from Urgent Care. I had injured my shoulder about three months ago and, with everything going on, I'd honestly forgotten about it until the pain flared up again. Despite the injury being old, Dr. Singh didn't dismiss me like many other doctors might have. He truly listened to my concerns, performed a thorough examination, and clearly explained the next steps. At no point did he make me feel like I was a burden--which, unfortunately, has been my experience with other doctors when dealing with ongoing health issues. For the first time in a long while, I felt heard. Dr. Singh took the time to make sure I understood the treatment plan and how to manage the injury at home while waiting for further care. I know this location has been overwhelmed due to a shortage of primary care providers, but even with the high volume of patients, the staff continues to provide excellent care without making anyone feel rushed. If you have the opportunity to be seen at the Peachtree location, I highly recommend Dr. Richard Singh. He's one of the few doctors who genuinely makes you feel cared for.

VA Outpatient Clinic is a good facility…read more For being a little clinic they are doing a good job here. The staff here are good. They are nice and attentive to your needs. Also the front desk staff are polite and they really are the front line people to your clients. These guys at the front desk are there to help veterans with their appointments. If the front desk staff is happy everybody will be happy. Also, the veterans here are pretty friendly from my short and brief time here. Keep up the great work everyone. They have their own security officer on station. Which is nice incase of trouble. But having that service available on site is very helpful especially for emergencies. There is plenty of parking at this facility and there isn't a shortage of space. So parking shouldn't be an issue. But I did see that their is a small satellite office for the local college here. I am not sure what influx of student come here but it didn't seem like a lot. Maybe during the beginning on the semester it might get a bit tight on parking but probably not to crazy. On the same street a ways down the road is plenty of shopping stores as well. From the looks of it there are some pretty good places to eat as well. They can't keep employees- and I don't think it is because they operate like a finely tuned machine. Seems something more akin to incompetence. I was just told by someone at the office when I voiced my concerns (politely) that I was free to go to other providers if I was not satisfied. So the answer, given by Harmony Health, is, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else." Save trouble and time. Go someplace else first!
