We had decided a statue of an officer should be part of the memorial and loved that Austin had a connection to emergency services. He helped us to choose the posture of the officer, ensuring that we did not infringe on anyone's copyright. His attention to detail and meticulous design was exactly what we needed! He helped with suggestions and worked with our Honor Guard to come up with just the right thing for the officer to be doing. He even insisted on helping with the install as this was his first law enforcement statue. Because of his help, we have a striking monument appreciated by our surviving families. Our "Guardian" is so realistic he appears that he could stand and walk away. We caught a local drunk crying, with her arm around him, telling him it would be okay! We had several problems with installation and The Artisan Shop did a poor job of communicating and standing behind their cabinets. We used another cabinet company to build our bathrooms, entertainment centers and utility rooms and we were completely satisfied with them. We will not use the Artisan shop again.

I did appreciate this and he offered to help us resolve this situation with a different designer. I know this company does above standard work and it's sad how 1 employee can have such a negative impact on the reputation of a company. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars since I did receive this call and I will consider revisiting with a different designer.
