I used to live in Danbury, where I had braces when I was in college. I have since moved to…read morePlainville. To my own irresponsibility, I lost my retainer and my teeth shifted. I went to Dr. Kiss for help. I'm no orthodontist, but I was under the impression I may have only needed a new retainer; I didn't think it was a huge deal. I soon learned that I needed more than a retainer replacement in the most demeaning way possible. When I was in Kiss's office, he berated me with insults regarding the route my previous orthodontist took to fix my smile. I tried to explain that my previous orthodontist saved me an intrusive jawline surgery and was able to perfectly position my teeth by simply removing two of them and moving several teeth backward. I was very grateful for my previous orthodontist's work. Kiss said, "I wouldn't touch your teeth with a ten foot pole", before shooing me from his office. This happened a few years ago and I still think about it to this day. I can't get over how terribly unprofessional this man was. I hope he retires soon.

I paid my childs bill in full in 9 months, I had a question about a late charge on my account that i felt was not correct. His staff pulled money out of my account twice in one month, in which i DID NOT give permission for. I became so upset with them constantly playing with my account i just paid the whole bill off. I stated I would like to speak to him about the situation. As I walked into his office, he was already irate. He began yelling and trying to belittle me. I remained calm and stated, all I want to do is talk to you, I asked him why are you yelling at me and tried to explain that I am a paying customer. He then got up from his desk, walked around to where I was, stick his finger in my face and continued to yell while spitting in my face. In front of my minor child. So much so that I needed a paper towel to clean it off. He is the worst Dr. Ever! His service is poor as well. He's staff are rude and he is fine with it. If I can rate him 0 ... I would. Unfortunately I am paid in full and he will not refund my money, if I leave, I would have pay all over.. so I'm stuck with him till this nightmare is over. First of all, there is no privacy in this office. It's one big room with lots of chairs and other patients/children getting serviced (VERY CLOSELY, within a foot or two) right next to you. Second, it's extremely unprofessional. They took very blurry x-rays of my sons mouth and told me the photos were good enough. I asked multiple times if the x-rays were clear enough and the dentist himself (Dr Beydoun) reassured me that they were. He stood in front of me for a total of 60 seconds and didn't even bother to look in my sons mouth. He seemed like he didn't want to answer any of my questions and was rushing me and making me feel as though I'm a nuisance for asking questions about my sons teeth. It was only after I called and asked them to send the x-rays to another dentist (I wanted a second opinion), that the receptionist admitted the photos were blurry and that they would probably need them to be taken again at another office. SO THEY LIED TO ME. Extremely unprofessional practice, no privacy, and they do not care about their patients, even though they are CHILDREN. Do not bring your kids here, they are just after money and do not really give a crap about you!
