As we are getting further and further into the consultation, I felt as though I was let making myself very clear. I felt like he didn't "hear" me. Or be didn't believe me. Needless to say, after telling me he checked for any conflicts, he of course took my money. I had obtained him. I guess you could say I was desperate and he could tell. This was a Tuesday. The following Wednesday (approx 1:30pm) I get a call from him saying that he would have to refund my money because there was a conflict. Mind you, I had court Monday. Also mind, he said he checked for conflicts! To make matters even worse, he said my check wouldn't be ready for me till the following day. So now I was limited to 1 1/2 days to obtain a lawyer. There was no apology and absolutely no professionalism. If you really care about your family and/or children, I would not recommend putting that kind of trust into the hands of this law firm.

Then she made us understand all the different documents in plain words. And what would each document do and help us with. Then she prepared drafts of all the documents and sent it to us for our review. And only after us acknowledging that everything was to our satisfaction. She made the documents signing appointment and then after that appointment she got all the documents verified and notarized and got them filed with the respective legal agencies. Her Office Manager Sonia is wonderful and very pleasant as well and keeps tracks of everything one needs including all the appointments. He had forgotten our appointment. Then I liked what he said and we were strongly considering moving 3 businesses and our personal business as well as payroll over to him. He told me he would call back by end of business the next day. He was very specific about this and I told him he could take as much time as he needed and he said that would be plenty.
