When I received my bill it had more than doubled to $485.00, upset yes I was, NOT for owing the GOVERNMENT but his charges DOUBLING in 12 months, when I complained about his charges he told me quote " It's Tax Season" ( What the HELL does that Mean?) that I'm open GAME for gouging? and when I asked for a ITEMIZED BILL he could not produce one, but to his ONLY credit he offered 2 solutions 1) Pay it, 2) Pick them up and take them elsewhere and don't visit O'Neil & Steiner again, well what do you think I did?
