Ethan agreed the unit was quite old, but he worked to clean the unit, change the condenser along with a couple other small things in the unit outside, and made sure everything was in good working order. He recommended considering a new unit in the next year or so. We didn't feel pressured to buy. However, we understood the recommendation and the timeliness of possibly replacing the unit. With Ethan's work, our unit is running great. We will definitely use Tarpley's when we are ready to replace our unit or have any other repair or maintenance needs. My mother in law is past 70 years old and on a low fixed income. It's really bad to sell elderly people things they don't need just to make a profit, a huge profit at that. I spoke with Matthew, who Im assuming is one of the owners, and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time. In this age where companies and employees seem to be believe they are doing you a favor by letting you hire them, AxsomAir and their staff couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and accomodating.
