Even though he was on another job, he took the time to find out the problems I had and was able to come to my house later that evening. He was able to determine the cause of the problem with the heating system, and the next day after obtaining the needed part, he returned and quickly affected the repair. And since Pop's is a Multi-Services outfit, I also had him replace an old toilet on the same service call. The job was done swiftly and professionally, and they crew left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were very friendly and professional, with all the right tools, and their experience shows in their workmanship. The call-out fee was $85.00, which is quite reasonable nowadays, and they gave me a complete estimate before starting work.

He came to our home, assessed our needs, and went above and beyond our expectations to help us. We thought we needed to replace our aged HVAC unit. Ethan agreed the unit was quite old, but he worked to clean the unit, change the condenser along with a couple other small things in the unit outside, and made sure everything was in good working order. He recommended considering a new unit in the next year or so. We didn't feel pressured to buy. However, we understood the recommendation and the timeliness of possibly replacing the unit. With Ethan's work, our unit is running great. We will definitely use Tarpley's when we are ready to replace our unit or have any other repair or maintenance needs. Our a/c went out on a Monday (15th) and we advised our landlord about it. We told the landlord that was not acceptable and that we would be moving out. The next day Scallion's calls and tells us that a new unit would be installed Thursday morning and we should have air by noon. It was finally installed and around 2pm it started cooling. We were fine until they showed back up Friday (19th) to do some work putting up sheet metal around the unit. Around 3pm the cooling stopped and now this morning, Monday (22nd) we're still out of air. How do you not check on your customers to find out if everything is okay? How about checking with us to find out if the a/c is cooling? Instead when we called them this morning we were asked "Did we have the system on "Cool" and the Fan on "Auto"?" Seriously! This was how we left it Friday when we left to go home.
