I had seen their trucks around, so I knew they serviced Monroe. I gave them a call and within a few days, I had a consultation appointment with Jimmy Mack and signed up with them that day. They provided me with three (3) options, all of which were completely out of my price range but thankfully they offered financing. In the end I decided to re-pipe the entire house instead of stressing over a leak developing with the hot water side. Yes, it was expensive and it literally took all day, but again it only took one (1) day. When they left, I had running water again and no leaks. I probably could have gotten the job done for less but I'm glad I called MJ & Sons and I'm even more grateful that Mike Matteson was assigned to my ticket/work order.

I choose this company too do the repair. They responded to my call on the second ring. The service dispatch set my expectations and said they'd have someone between 1 & 4 that same day. I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. I would recommend this company to anyone and I thank their employee Jonathan for a job well done. Thanks guys, it was very professionally completed to my satisfaction.

I waited to review because this company gave the vibes that they would retaliate by some bogus charges . C. Woods technician also set out water heater on continuous VS demand which continually heats the water instead of when on demand-which depletes your gas much faster. There was no conversation about this. I found this company reckless and indifferent to this project , probaly because we are not in an affluent neighborhood and I believe they have some corporate accounts. Luckily, I was able to find the names and emails of the general managers of this company in case they try to send a delayed bill.
