Just down the street from me, I met with Doug and Denise, the owner/operators of the store. They immediately welcomed me in, sat me down with them and included me in the design process with complete transparency and coordination. Denise runs the office and communicates openly and often whether we are prepping for an appointment, or immediately following. I'd say the communication is excellent during the service too, but Doug works too fast to require it! Doug is a no-nonsense designer and installer; no smoke no mirrors but somehow the final product still exceeds expectations. I got to talking with Doug, and I was also pleased to learn his involvement with the local community as well; Doug and Denise are people who genuinely care. Not long after, I met a couple of their representatives at one of the Legal Professionals meetings I regularly attend. It's important to me and to my employers that we trust the companies that handle our business. Getting to know the employees is an important part of that so it has been nice each time I've encountered them at these meetings ~ they all have wonderfully outgoing personalities and really seem to care about the company they work for. This makes it easy to call when we have a question or need service, and have confidence that the company is concerned about our needs and time frames. Certainly anyone who works in the legal field knows how stressful deadlines can be. I can't state how awesome it is that QUiVX doesn't charge for rush service. Their prices are pretty comparable to similar businesses but I don't know another place that offers their speedy service without an additional charge. I'm not saying it's good to wait until the last minute, but things happen in a busy firm and it's nice to work with people that understand this. QUiVX does scanning for e-copies as well as regular document reproduction. We have a personal rep who came and met with me to introduce himself and has since picked up orders from this office. I'm really happy with his friendly and professional attitude when he's here. We don't do a lot of document reproduction in this firm but every time we've needed this service we're been extremely satisfied with the accurate, efficient work product we've received.
