Great and friendly service. There's no self service here so you have to hand over a drive or email them to get something printed. I had all the pages noted down of what I wanted but there were some pages missing. I noted how many pages I'd needed printed and it came out to 65 pages. I was already informed earlier on the price per page yet when it came time to pay, I was charged more than what it was. I didn't bring it up as I didn't want to create a scene and someone else was waiting to be helped. But I wasn't too pleased with having paid more, as I would've just gotten this printed near me since even that would've been cheaper than what I ended up paying, but also, some pages were missing and weren't reprinted. I wouldn't use this to not come back but next time, I'll make sure to ask pricing upfront just to confirm what I was told before and count the pages in front of him. read more

So I recently moved real estate brokerages and, in doing so, lost my ability to print on a laser printer as my new broker does not have an office. So, I was in the unenviable position of trying to find a local printer. First of all, Fedex printing on Johnson Drive has mixed reviews. I've been there 3x and twice I got really good help, but of course the critical time I needed them, they sucked! And they're expensive. Next I found a place in Livermore to print. I think this is one of my first yelp reviews ever. I had to take the time to thank Copy Station for their outstanding and expedited service they provided to me and my fiancé (now wife) for our wedding inquiries on very late notice. We were dropping off our wedding items at our wedding venue in Pleasanton on a Thursday morning, but our name tags and menus did not come out to our liking from another place we had used. Less than 24 hours until our wedding, I went to yelp and saw "Copy Station." My wife and I went to the location and were greeted immediately by all staff members (two guys and a lady), sorry I forgot their names, but we advised of our situation and the time restraints that came with it. The staff had my wife send over the pdf file for our individual name tags (190 guests) and menus, and they advised it would be done in 3 hours. Copy Station completed the job within the time they promised, and I can't express how relieved my wife was prior to our big day. My first-time experience with this business has been basically perfect. Before trying Copy Station I had previously patronized another printing service in the area. It was also a small, local business but like I'd mentioned to Jake today, there were just small slip-ups which, on their own, wouldn't have amounted to my reluctance in using them again. But taken comprehensively, they were enough to nudge me into looking for alternatives. All of this is to say I am really happy I did. Jake went above and beyond the experience I had with the aforementioned business. He was clear, more than willing to show me samples, and I didn't even get so much as a whiff of annoyance when I asked him to make adjustments to samples more than once. I'm not saying I need to be treated like royalty when I take my business somewhere but it is pretty refreshing to just get exactly the help you're looking for without feeling like you're pulling teeth.
