The customer service was absolutely atrocious. His name started with a B. I bought a vape there he asked me to try it before to make sure it was worked. I did and realized it was broken although a small puff of smoke did come out. I explained to the guy that it was broken and he told me he couldn't do anything about it. His reply was "I've never tried it so I can't help you". I tried to explain that this was going to stop working after I use it five times. Couple hours later, low and behold, it stopped working. I went back and said I should have a refund but he continued to argue with me rudely. I did say the customer service was absolutely atrocious and asked for his name he refused to tell me his name. They're so money hungry that they won't take back an item that broke upon first use. I spent several hundred dollars at this place, over a period of three months or so. Was super excited, and referred a few friends, as well. However, I purchased a Vape and once I got it home it never worked. I noticed that it already been used, and was damaged. I took it in to exchange it, and was told no refund no exchange. Great customer service when you are buying. Terrible customer service when the product does not work! I bought a vape pen, had it charge,and the light works but no smoke is coming out! So i went back up there to get another one that was cheaper and She said " WELL THE LIGHT WORKS." Like i told her the light works but no smoke is coming out. This was the worst service I have ever had before. First off my friend and I were trying to buy a vape from there store. One gentlemen wouldn't let me buy a vape because I didn't not have my ID but I had a picture of my license due to having my wallet stolen 2 days ago. This gentlemen was very rude and was practically yelling at me. Mind you I am 23 6'3 with a beard. My friend typically buys his stuff from there by another gentleman that I believe owns the place. He arrived and proceeded to let us buy it but then when my friend asked to use credit he unwilling wouldn't let us purchase it using credit. This whole time they were being very rude and raising there voice as if we were in the wrong. I advise you to find another shop to go to.
