Their elderly office manager had the worse attitude and after watching her be a nightmare to the staff repeatedly, I left. That was the last straw. Another Lake City Dr. had a receptionist that was more interested in figuring out where I worked or my husband's business before making an appointment. I decided to try Dr. Cobran's office to decide for myself. I was met with professionalism by her and every assistant that I encountered. Very clear assessment, skilled staff, reasonable costs and honest care plans. Appointments were timely with considerate reminders. My crown has been expertly done and has remained intact. I waited to post my review. Front desk is always so cordial, but the young man there literally provides the best customer service of any provider that I've visited. He is by far the most polite I will admit. Took a while, but I hands down found the best Dentist and office in Lake City. Oh, also tried the well-known dental factory. Walked in and after reading reviews about always running behind I quickly realized that it hasn't changed. I suggest that you try this office for yourself. You may also be able to end your search.

She is late for her clients because she is too busy complaining about her fully loaded brand new vehicles. Between taking images and cleanings, Charmin is very good at drowning you and then scolding you for not communicating while the equipment is in your mouth. Not that you can get a word in edge wise with her. I see why she was named after toilet paper. I also want to point out this place fraudulently billed my insurance during our last visit in November. I reported them to the two insurances that I am double covered for. After several rude phone calls with their front staff, they changed the visit date for my second insurance, so they could fully bill both companies. I reported this fraud again to my insurance, and they did nothing. The third strike was today when Charmin refused to do my cleaning because I'm expecting. I receive multiple confirmations by text, email, and automated call and yet no where is it communicated that a Pregnant woman needs a release from her OB. Be warned! For the working class, taking time off of work to accommodate these banker hours is money. Considering it takes 6 months to even be seen, this was especially upsetting. If you do visit, make sure you check out the "brag board" of profits in the main office. For a place that leaves bibles out and has a scripture quote of the day, you sure don't live by integrity.

Worked on having that amount of money in my checking account to pay for the procedure. I got to the office early and had to sigh more paperwork. Shortly after my 11:00 AM appointment, I was called by the nurse to give her my check for the total amount of $4,000.00! I have never been asked for prepayment BEFORE a procedure! This was never explained to me prior to my appointment but I was now told, "It's procedure"! Why?? I was prepared to pay the full amount after my appointment had been completed. Not only was the doctor fantastic but her staff was also over the top fabulous. They put you at ease right from the get go. I had a root canal and had not one single bit of pain including the initial shot. I am extremely sensitive to needles and I have to be honest and tell you that I did not feel even the smallest iota of pain from Dr. Tyler.
