We confirmed my July 15 appointment. Later, I received another call confirming the July 15 appointment. July 15 arrives, but no call at 4 pm from Mr. Randall, nor a call either to inform me that he is delayed or to reschedule. I finally called his firm and was shunted between several people. I was informed that he was in conference with a client and would call when he was free. At 6 P.M., Mr. Randall calls. His manner was unprofessional and dismissive. He begins his call by referring to me by my first name. I am a senior lady who has never met this man. I was shocked by his callow and informal behavior. After a brief conversation, I chose to end the call. Obviously, Mr. Randall, the first named partner of this firm has enough to keep him busy.
