Although they represented both buyer and seller, they repeatedly misrepresented facts, resisted reasonable due diligence, and created unnecessary conflicts with all parties involved. Routine requests were challenged, and issues only moved forward when escalated. We were left to handle the purchase blindly as we couldn't trust the agents or the information we were receiving. After closing, we learned the seller shared similar concerns. In one case, both parties preferred a repair credit, yet that option was never communicated. In a dual-agency situation, transparency and neutrality are critical -- and those standards were not met.
