When they called me for "additional information" asking if the box was damage, the answer was YES, it was damaged everywhere. claim still denied. dude, SERIOUSLY???!!! at least explain why it was denied. I bought a Heavy Duty Tv shipping box at Home Depot. Bubble wrapped the TV like a turkey. Used up 3 brand new rolls of tape to tape the entire box from side to side, top to bottom.
