I found a couple fleas so I called some places in the morning to see if the two of them could get a groom. I knew it was the day before thanksgiving so it was a longshot, but for their comfort, I figured I'd try. Their normal groomer is on mat leave so it's been longer than usual. I made a few calls with no luck and then called Salty Dog. I told them my situation and they said they couldn't do full grooms but they could give them a flea bath, nail trim, and some light grooming around their pads etc... I called my vet to get proof of vaccinations sent over and went to drop them off asap. They said they would have them for most of the day, but would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I had some holiday errands to run so I went and did that and got them a few hours later. The check in/check out process is all outside because of covid, but it was very simple. The dogs came back clean, fluffy, and most importantly comfortable. They also had cute fall themed accessories on. A bowtie for Finley and a flower for Molly. They also gave me a discount for my first time in. They did a great job and I was so appreciative of them squeezing us in during a busy time.

Their Loris team did it with such care and grace. Which was much needed during that difficult time. A few weeks later, I received an imprint of her paw in the mail that was painted with her name. For the past five years, I have been using Meadowlawn for my Miniature Dachshund. She has recently been diagnosed with IVDD. Dr. Carey at the Conway office has not only been patient with my concerns but taken various treatment measures to figure out what will work best for my dog. Dr. Carey is thorough with follow-up appointments, returns phone calls, and has my dog's overall health and well-being in her best interest. I don't feel rushed when I have an appointment and Dr. Carey ensures all of my questions are answered and sends me home with reference materials. Dr. Carey is so kind to me and my dog. It makes appointments a little less nerve wracking. My dog recently had to have x-rays due to her IVDD and Dr. Hunt was filling in at the Conway office. She was phenomenal as well. She explained the images and what they meant. She thoroughly walked me through different treatment measures - and didn't just jump to the last resort - which would be $10,000 surgery. Dr. Hunt referred me to a physical therapist and explained why PT would be beneficial to my dog's condition. Dr. Hunt also did a routine exam on my dog and checked for other conditions that could be a result of IVDD. She didn't leave until all of my questions were answered. IVDD can be a scary thing for a first-time dog owner but Dr. Hunt, as well as Dr. Carey, both discussed options that can help my dog get the best quality of life. I'm not one to normally write reviews but I just wanted to thank Dr. Carey, Dr. Hunt, Brittany, Caroline, Meadow, and all of the nurses that have helped Pepper with her IVDD journey.

We came in for an emergency with my puppy and ended up having to do radiographs etc which was no issues. In the long run we had to euthanize my puppy due to him having a blockage. My heart was broken and I was waiting on my mom to come for payment and to say goodbyes to our puppy. When you hear a Dr tell the tech "they need to hurry we need this room they have been here long enough". If I ever come back here it will not be with Dr. Heim the bed side manner of this lady is awful and the I'm not sures and recommending another Dr because he's the big brain is unacceptable. Thank you to the amazing techs that helped and Michelle and the blonde tech up front for being so sweet to us in time of need.

My favorite part is that you don't have to leave your dog for 4-5 hours like most other places, my little guy is usually done in 1-1.5 hours and gets individual attention.
