First they have no problem with you staying to watch the bathing or grooming, then they bathed our cat with no problem, which is pretty impressive if you ask me. The bathing is done expertly, humanely and efficiently with as little stress as possible. Nancy is excellent at grooming, telling us what she was doing as she worked and she even trimmed the claws and expressed the anal glands without us needing to ask. She worked quickly and handled our older cat gently and before we knew it, she was done. Our cat looks 100% better and no doubt feels better. Great place for pet bathing or grooming!

However, when I called to discuss it with the owner, he was more than happy to help. He went through and investigated the situation/preference cards, did not blame it on staff, all while trying to provide the best customer service he could. They were able to fit my two dogs in last minute which I appreciated and they did an excellent job. Even if it was a sub optimal groom, having an owner who works with customers to try and navigate problems and make them right makes this business stand out. Thank you!

Validating we were doing the right thing - it is so hard to know if you wait to long and decide too early. Dr Dahlgren confirmed our intuition was correct. 2. Giving us a peaceful process in our own home. Dr Dahlgren explained everything that would happen and made it a kind and caring process, never rushing us, giving us the time to say goodbye. 3. Respecting Taffy in how she was comfortably carried out and left our home. We appreciated how Dr Dahlgren came in with respect and kindness of our special girl by bringing a blanket filled basket that Taffy was placed in and carried out with such care. 4. Partnering with Agape Cremation who kept us up to date on each step of Taffy's cremation process. It was amazing and greatly appreciated. 5. Checking on us 4 weeks to the day that we had to say goodbye. We wish we had found LovingKindness when we had to say goodbye to our little boy, Runner, in 2016....I will never ever put my beloved companions through the stress of going to the veterinarian's office to say goodbye now that LovingKindness is here. The girls did a good job on my dogs, and the dogs didn't seem too stressed out, so I call that a win. One of my dogs need anti-anxiety meds on grooming day because she hates to be groomed. My male doodle is a good boy while being groomed, but he has high anxiety when he's around other dogs, so for them not to be too stressed out is a good thing.
